of Vietnamese art since 1990 and we strive to offer a collection of the very best
contemporary artists whilst also offering up and coming new artists the chance to
show off their art.

History of Red River Art Gallery Vietnam
Opening in 1990, Red River is the oldest art gallery in Vietnam. We opened our first
shop in Yet Kieu street. During these first few years business in Vietnam was dificult
and artists had difficulty expressing themselves under the rules set out by the
government. However as time progressed into the late 1990s the artists' freedom
was greater and a vibrant change occurred in Vietnamese art.
We used to be locatred in the Sofitel Plaza until more recently when we moved to
Hang Khai street.
